Refund Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied with a guide, programme, or consultation within 30 days of purchase, you may request a full refund.

2. Refund Eligibility

Eligible for Refund: Guides, programmes, consultations, and memberships purchased within the last 30 days.

Not Eligible: Refunds requested more than 30 days after purchase; transferred or gifted purchases; or services already delivered in full.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund: contact us at info@drainexpel.world within 30 days of purchase; include your order number and reason for the refund request; and provide any relevant documentation. We'll respond within 5 business days.

4. Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take an additional 2–5 business days to appear in your account.

5. Cancellation of Services

Consultations: Cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund or credit. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Guided Sessions: Cancel up to 7 days in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the session fee; however, you may use your credit toward a future session within 60 days.

Programmes: Cancel within 14 days of enrolment for a full refund. After 14 days, cancellations are subject to a pro-rata deduction of completed weeks.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Promotional discounts, gift vouchers, and affiliate purchases are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. Disputes & Appeals

If you disagree with a refund decision, you may appeal in writing to info@drainexpel.world within 14 days of our decision. We'll review your case and respond within 10 business days.

8. Payment Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase. If that's no longer available, we'll contact you to arrange an alternative refund method.
